Story

LouvrEstate is a privately owned platform founded by Mr Eric Pacheco, MSc. and Omar Abbas, Eng., combining complementary family office and professional background.

Eric Pacheco brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial and industrial real estate market, following senior roles in complex environments across France with international responsibilities.

Omar Abbas comes from an established engineering and construction background within EHAF Consulting Engineers, a group recognized globally. His current activities focus on real estate and technology-led investments.

The co-founders met in London while Omar was completing his PhD, and combined their expertise to establish LouvrEstate, aligning real estate development capability with engineering depth and a long-term value generation perspective.
